We had a great day yesterday paddling the Evan's Loop. Quite a few "firsts" for the group - ranging from first seal launch, first weir, first trip to Bitsy's cafe and first time on the giant seal launch! Can't wait to do this trip again because I now need to have my first vegan grilled cheese at Bitsy's as they looked amazing.

I had a wonderful time today on the Paddle to the Cafe. When I booked it was forecasting rain and as it turned out it was a beautiful sunny day, nice paddle through Leicester, coffee and cheese toastie (ginormous and worth trying if you’re around the area). Thanks to Naomi and Neil for organising and supporting and the company of all the other paddlers.
