PADDLING SAFETY FRAMEWORK
The Paddling Safety Framework sets out how we operate on the water, utilising both generic and dynamic risk assessments carried out by competent people. It is based around the British Canoeing Environmental Definitions.
GENERIC - TRIPS
Our Trips Risk Assessment details the generic risks that may occur on a trip - each trip planned by the club also has a specific Journey Planning Sheet which details any specific risks relating to that location. Dynamic risk assessment by a competent person supplements this on the day.

This Risk Assessment covers our city base at LOPC. It was drafted along side risk assessments developed by the centre.
